Morocco men''s national.html">national football team (Arabic: المنتخب المغربي لكرة القدم) is the national team of Morocco, administered by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation. They have appeared in six FIFA World Cup tournaments and three African Cup of Nations finals.
The team has won the King Fahd Cup twice, in 2000 and 2002. They also won the Arab Cup, which was held in 1998. The team has finished third at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
Younès Belhanda is the team''s all-time leading scorer with 12 goals.
The team played their home games at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat until they moved to the Grand Stade de Marrakech in 2014. They are nicknamed "The Atlas Lions" (Les Lions De l''Atlas). Morocco hosted the 2018 FIFA U-20 Women''s World Cup, where they won the tournament.
As of November 2021, the team is ranked 12th by FIFA and 13th in CONCACAF rankings.
